About

People at the Heart of the Frame

It is rare to find a photographer whose curiosity is confined to a single field. Developing one's craft is a journey—over time, we naturally discover the themes that resonate with us most deeply. In my case, after years of exploration, all paths have invariably led back to people.

Whether I am documenting a high-energy cycling race, an intimate jazz concert, or a breathtaking landscape, I always search for the human element. It is this very spark that gives meaning to my travel reportages, commercial projects, and wedding photography—a field I have recently returned to with renewed energy and passion.

My name is Przemek Maliszewski. For a quarter of a century, photography has been both my profession and my greatest obsession. My work has graced the pages of prestigious magazines and earned numerous awards, including recognition from the editors of National Geographic. My professional path is as diverse as my frames: from working as a reporter and conducting photography workshops to co-founding one of the world’s best associations of aviation photographers (SPFL), alongside my background as a linguist, translator, and officer.

Privately? I am a traveler captivated by Dalmatia and Italy, a drone pilot, a Star Wars fan, and a connoisseur of fine wine and Mediterranean cuisine. I am deeply interested in modern history, sociology, and psychology. I own a British Shorthair cat (BSH) named Enzo, whom I adore. A linguist (English Studies) and PR specialist by education, I remain a passionate observer of the world—always seeking stories worth immortalizing in every smile, gesture, and moment.
